I do agree with your take that the idea that the Trump Admin will ensure no ideological bias in AIs is concerning.
However, you lumped that in equally with the issue of censorship.
Unless and until the Section 230 protections are eliminated or scaled back, Big Tech has been allowed to selectively censor political content and yet have no fear of libel lawsuits for political content it does allow. This asymmetric protection (that the news media does not have) is in fact a huge problem that actively results in censorship of right-coded views.
This was of course an even worse problem before Musk bought Twitter.
Since you fail to mention the Section 230 issue, you imply that Trump/Vance are on the wrong side of the censorship debate.
But until Section 230 protections are changed, this is IMO at best misleading and basically untrue.
